What is the Midtown Professional Mentoring Initiative?
Midtown helps young men to grow professionally by facilitating introductions to leaders in various fields who can foster career progression and individual growth. Professional mentoring is offered in a manner that considers the whole of a person’s life, integrating the professional with social and spiritual elements.
Who can join?
The Midtown Professional Mentoring Initiative is a resource for young professionals seeking career guidance through one-on-one relationships facilitated by Midtown. Beyond sharing professional wisdom, mentors offer advice on being a well-rounded gentleman committed to family, friends, and faith.
How does it work?
If you have ever found yourself wondering how to achieve that “next step” or have questions about professional growth, we invite you to participate in Midtown’s Professional Mentoring program. This program focuses on one’s profession, but helps participants grow as persons who are interesting to others. Participants are paired with an established professional in their industry. This is a one-year commitment to four quarterly meetings with a mentor.
